The steep hills of Roncofreddo were already appreciated in the fifteenth century when the Venetians chose them to stock up on wine and olive oil. In this reminiscent natural setting, the small winery of the Giardini, Castellucci and Riva families, Villa Venti, was created in 2002. Here, its members are engaged everyday in organic farming in the vineyard and in the countryside.
